Terms and conditions
The terms for using this website. The contract for any system we install is your signed written proposal, not this page.
Last updated 12 September 2026
These are the terms on which Janarix Energy Solutions makes this website available. They are deliberately short and deliberately not aggressive: a small business does not need a wall of legal text to be treated fairly.
About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website. By browsing it or sending us an enquiry through it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
They cover the website itself. They are not the contract for any system we install. That contract is the written proposal you sign, together with any terms attached to it, and where the two differ on anything about the work, the signed proposal governs.
Using this website
You are welcome to read, print, and share these pages for your own purposes, including deciding whether to work with us.
Please do not use the site to do anything unlawful; attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems behind it; interfere with its normal operation; harvest personal information from it; or copy substantial parts of it in order to republish them as your own.
Accuracy of the information here
We put real figures on this website rather than vague claims, and we take care to keep them right. Even so, everything here is published for general information.
Endurance hours, savings figures, output estimates, and payback periods are calculated from stated assumptions, and the assumptions are set out on the pages that use them. Your own roof, your own consumption, your own tariff, and your own site conditions will differ. Nothing on this website is a promise of a particular result at your property.
We may correct, update, or remove information at any time without notice.
Equipment, and what we do
Janarix does not sell the equipment. What we provide is the work around it: the site assessment, the engineering and sizing, the specification of which equipment suits your building, the installation and commissioning, the paperwork, and the service afterwards.
The equipment itself — batteries, inverters, panels, meters — is bought from the manufacturer or its authorised Philippine distributor. Marstek is the platform we build on, so in most cases that is Marstek. Your proposal names the equipment your system needs; buying it is a transaction between you and that manufacturer or distributor, on their terms, at their prices, with their invoice.
The equipment pages on this site are a reference library for the platform we install, so that you can read the real specification before you commit to anything. They are not a shop, and nothing on them is an offer to sell.
Specifications, photographs, and data sheets are the manufacturer's own. We reproduce them in good faith. Manufacturers revise their products, and the specification that applies to you is the one for the unit you actually purchase.
Availability changes, and is the manufacturer's to determine. Something shown on this site may be out of stock, discontinued, or replaced by a newer model.
Warranties on the equipment are given by its manufacturer, under that manufacturer's terms. We will help you make a claim, and our own workmanship is covered separately, as set out in your proposal.
Brand names, product names, and data sheets belonging to manufacturers remain the property of those manufacturers, and appear here to describe the equipment we install.
Quotations and estimates
This website does not publish prices. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and no figure shown here — hours of runtime, solar coverage, system sizes or anything else — should be read as a commitment on what a system will cost you.
A binding figure for our work comes only from a written, itemised proposal issued to you after an assessment of your site. Where a proposal states a validity period, that commitment is made in the proposal itself and not on this website. What the equipment costs is set by its manufacturer or distributor, not by us.
Technical figures on this site are estimates, described on the pages that use them, and may change without notice. Anything involving financing is set by the bank or institution providing it, not by us, and their terms apply.
The free assessment
Booking an assessment through this website is a request, not a contract. It places you under no obligation to buy, and it places us under no obligation to take on the work.
We will confirm the appointment with you. Either side may reschedule or cancel. Attendance depends on practical things like access, site safety, and weather.
Intellectual property
The design of this website, its text, photographs, illustrations, and the Janarix name and logo belong to Janarix Energy Solutions or are used with permission, except for third-party material identified as such.
You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Reproducing the site, or substantial parts of it, for commercial use requires our written permission.
Links to other websites
This site links to third-party websites, including manufacturer documentation, mapping services, and our own social media pages. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the site it points to.
Availability of the website
We aim to keep this website available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of a fault at our hosting provider or elsewhere on the internet.
We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as it stands. To the extent the law allows, we do not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, as distinct from advice given to you directly or commitments made in a signed proposal.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your rights as a consumer under Philippine law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines, are not affected by anything on this page.
Warranties on equipment and on our installation work are set out in your proposal and in the manufacturer's own warranty documents, and are unaffected by this section.
What you send us
Please give accurate information when you contact us. We size systems from what you tell us, and an assessment built on wrong details produces a wrong recommendation.
What you send through the form is handled as described in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and the version in force is the one published when you use the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
